Outfit #25 in 30 for 30 Challenge

This weekend was very reminiscent of summer.  My heart’s still full from the warm sunny so-cal weather, tons of food, and amazing company.  On another note, the glimpse of summer also reminded me that even months after 30 for 30, I’m still catching up on these posts.  Ooops!

I fell completely head-over-heels with color blocking this past summer.  It’s one of those “temporary” trends I picked up and incorporated into my style, full-time.  I love how the simplistic clashing of different colors creates such a bold statement.

I hope you all had a great weekend and are now surviving Monday.  Special kudos to those brave souls that survived the Black Friday/weekend shopping chaos.  I’m trying something new this year– doing all of my Christmas shopping online.  Shopping in my cozy knits and warm down comfy AND the convenience of free shipping?  Now, if only the presents can just wrap themselves…
