One of the things I wanted this blog to accomplish is to help me identify my personal style and see it evolve through fashion experimentation over time. Lately I’ve been itching for change again, and for those of you that remember, change for me usually begins with the hair. So hello, bangs and silky soft layers–it’s nice to finally see you guys again. Allow me to introduce you to my new friends: mustard linen shorts, color block sandals, and circle sunnies.

Change is a funny thing. Sometimes it’s stubborn, many times scary, yet always inevitable. So after months of trying to convince myself that my dead ends were really not that bad, that my current closet treasures were still remixable for the summer that’s quickly approaching, and that I could explore outside of my comfort zone of Kat-eye sunnies, I’ve finally caved in to a little self-indulgence…this month. No biggie right? We all deserve to splurge every once in a while. And updating my closet is a justified investment because without change, there is no progress. (Double Lawyered.)
