Last year, I confessed about being a shopaholic. I should’ve further exposed the Maxxinista in me. (Sidenote: Dear TJ Maxx, please don’t sue me for copyright, but your commercials are just so effective!) I’m a little dumbfounded that I waited this long to write about TJ Maxx. I can still envision the shopping trips to TJ Maxx (Ross and Marshalls too) with my mom as a young tween, and she always taught me to start at the sale section–a habit I’m proudly guilty of ’til this day. Then in high school Tracy, Lia and I would rummage through the lingerie aisles, on the hunt for trendy $2 boy shorts. And when i say trendy, I mean ridiculously tacky, black-and-pink-striped, “sexy”, “flirty,” or “i love my boyfriend”-labeled kinda boy shorts. Thankfully, I grew out of the embarassing $2 Juniors intimates phase and moved on to a love affair with handbags and shoes.
Here’s what went home with me:
I can’t wait to show my new friends off this weekend. Until next week, have an uhh-mazing one loves!
